ASSOS wrote the history of cycling, and the AOS MADE-IN-FUTURE jersey represents the push we’re making to define what’s next. The jersey is engineered on our race-tuned RS Jersey S11, the latest, most definitive competition piece in our collection. It’s lighter, more aerodynamic, and more stabilizing than the previous RS Jersey, but it maintains the same breathability. The jersey’s design features stylized AOS iconography devices in contrast on a backing field of solid color – definitive performance, timeless design.

FEATURED FABRICS

The open 3D knit miniCheck Tex provides high breathability, high elasticity, UPF 25, and the signature ASSOS jersey texture across the front. The pockets are anchored by a rear panel of Stabilizer V11, which provides hypercooling breathability and is so lightweight (UPF 15) that we recommend applying sunscreen beneath it. It also reinforces stability, preventing sag and movement when pockets are loaded. The sleeves feature the new 550CX warp-knit textile, which provides UPF 35 protection and a muscle-wrapping, bistretch fit with inherent aerodynamic properties.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT

Our racingFit is a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette designed with WorldTour feedback and proven with WorldTour results. Compressive textiles, micro-adjusted shaping, and low-bulk, raw-cut hems and cuffs identify racingFit as the definitive speed series.
ENGINEERING

Raw Cut & Bonded:
Sleeves, hem, and zipper are all raw cut and bonded, eliminating transitional ridges and maintaining clean, elegant lines throughout the jersey’s construction.

Triple Ramp Pockets:
Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets create “lids,” securing and stabilizing the contents while protecting against precipitation or road spray.

PILtec Plug-In:
The rear hem features a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band with a microdot silicone treatment that stabilizes the jersey’s back panel and maintains grip while wet.
