RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge for a refund by meeting the conditions defined below for your location.


VERY IMPORTANT

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels.
We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase.


Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.
The refund process can take 10-14 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the method of payment.

1 - REQUEST A RETURN

IF YOU HAVE A MY ACCOUNT:
  • Please login in your MY ACCOUNT and go to ORDERS AND RETURNS section
  • Select the order that contains the product you would like to return
  • Once you are in the order click on the button ASK FOR A REFUND
  • Select the product you would like to return the quantity and specify a reason from the drop down menu
  • Click on SEND RETURN REQUEST

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MY ACCOUNT OR YOU CHECKOUT AS A GUEST:

Enter your order number, the email address used to place your order, and your last name to find information on guest orders.
Note your order number can be found at the top of the order confirmation email you would have received.

Now you are in your GUEST order history:

  • Select the order that contains the product you would like to return
  • Once you are in the order click on the button ASK FOR A REFOUND
  • Select the product you would like to return, the quantity and specify a reason from the drop-down menu
  • Click on SEND RETURN REQUEST

2 – PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE BOX

Please use the free return label you found attached to the original invoice of your order.
Pack the items to be returned in the same box, apply the label with the free return barcode to the box and deliver it to the nearest post office. (https://www.post.ch/)

3 – REFUND

When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned. (Please notice that we cannot return you the shipping cost of your order).
The refund will be processed after the returned item has passed our quality control check.
Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase.
The refund process can take 10-14 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.

  1. Use the form provided in your shipment to indicate what you would like to return by completing the ‘QTY TO RETURN’ column.
    We will accept a return for any reason, but kindly ask you to enter the reason for your return using the ‘REASON CODES’ provided on the form.
  2. Place the form inside the package you use to return the items – we recommend reusing the box in which they were shipped.
    Again, items must in a new and unused condition and be returned in the original packaging with original labels.
  3. Attach the return shipping label provided to the returning package and drop off at any FedEx location.

IMPORTANT:


You may return it free for a refund within sixty (60) days of receipt.
Please remember to take note of the Tracking Number of the return shipment.
Note that return shipping is fully pre-paid by ASSOS when you drop off at FedEx location. If you didn’t receive a label or misplaced it, you can contact our customer service to get a new one.

Once we have received the items and conducted our quality control check, your refund will be processed.
Refunds can only be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
We do not refund the shipping costs you paid to receive your goods unless ASSOS did something in error. It can sometimes take up to 14 days after we receive your goods for the refund to be credited to your account, depending upon the credit card used for payment.

2 - PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE BOX
  • Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return. You can use the same box that were sent with your original goods.
  • PRINT 4 copy of the pre-filled RETURN INVOICE that you received via email from our Customer Services:
    1 copy must be included in the box,
    1 copy must be attached outside the box
    2 copy goes to the courier.

3 - SHIPPING (free for you)

Once you are ready (items new and unused/unworn condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels, box is closed and correctly labelled with the return address and the RETURN INVOICE printed and placed inside the box), we will organize pick up from your address at our own expense.
